Important Information Before Requesting Routex Account Deletion
How Routex Account Deletion Works
- Identify Routex Account: Provide your registered email address or phone number.
- Identity Verification: Enter the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone or email to verify ownership.
- Permanent Erasure: Upon successful verification, your Routex account and associated personal data will be purged.
Routex Data Permanently Deleted
- • Routex user profile (name, email, phone number)
- • Login credentials & authorization tokens
- • Driver verification documents & license photos
- • Trip history, saved routes & dispatch logs
- • In-app chat messaging records
Data Retained & Retention Period
Financial transaction records, receipts, and payment settlements are retained for up to 7 years strictly for tax auditing and statutory financial reporting under Ghanaian law, after which they are automatically deleted.
