Important Information Before Requesting Deletion
How Account Deletion Works
- Identify Account: Provide your registered email address or phone number.
- Identity Verification: Enter the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone or email to verify account ownership.
- Permanent Erasure: Upon successful verification, your account and associated personal data will be purged.
Data Permanently Deleted
- • Full name, email address, and phone number
- • Account authentication credentials & password
- • Uploaded identity verification documents & photo
- • Saved locations, ride requests & trip history
- • In-app chat messaging logs
Data Retained & Retention Period
Financial transaction history, payment receipts, and tax records are retained for up to 7 years strictly to comply with Ghanaian tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.
